About Dr Nadeem Sarwar & Doc Medicals
Doc Medicals offers rapid, direct access to high-quality general practitioner care — bypassing long waits and providing flexible appointments that work around your schedule. Appointments are available in-clinic or via telephone/video consultation, with services offered 9 am – 9 pm, 7 days a week.
Dr Sarwar completed his medical training at Sheffield University and has worked across Nottingham GP practices as a partner and locum. Having built strong rapport and clinical standing locally — including providing care to families of professional athletes — he brings preventive, patient-centred care to all consultations.

- Telephone or video consultations for convenience
- Prompt clinical assessment of acute and chronic concerns
Prescriptions & Referrals
- Free private prescriptions if needed
- Private referral letters for onward specialist care
- Sick notes and medical certificates handled efficiently
Blood Tests & Diagnostics
Doc Medicals can arrange a full range of blood tests, scans and diagnostic investigations with rapid turnaround, including:
- Well-person health screening
- ECGs, ultrasound, MRI/CT scans
- Allergy testing and other specialist investigations
Taxi, HGV & Insurance Medicals
Doc Medicals provides medical assessments required for driving licences (e.g., taxi, HGV) and other insurance-related medical examinations.
Weight Management Clinic
Mounjaro weight-loss injection clinic and related lifestyle support programs, where available.
Medical Reports
Professional medical reporting services for a variety of clinical needs are also offered.
