Enquiry & Initial Consultation
You contact us via email with the subject “VIP CONCIERGE”. We arrange a call in your preferred language to understand your goals, medical history and ideal travel dates. Together, we outline a proposed treatment plan with Jessica Marritt.
Bespoke Itinerary & Package Design
Our concierge team creates a fully tailored package, including flights, accommodation tier, transfers and clinic schedule. You’ll receive a clear proposal and can adjust details to suit your needs and budget.
Travel & Treatment in the UK
On arrival in the UK, your private transfer will meet you at the airport. You’ll be taken to your accommodation and collected for each clinic appointment. Our team is on hand throughout your stay for any adjustments, questions or additional requests.
Aftercare & Ongoing Support
Once you return home, we continue to support you with structured aftercare, review calls and, where appropriate, digital follow-ups with Jessica. You will also receive tailored skincare or treatment advice to maintain and enhance your results.
